TP B4: Autoantibody production of tissue-resident plasma cells in granulomatosis with polyangiitis
Our research focuses on Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (GPA). We recently characterized the IgG genes from tissue-resident plasma cells in GPA. Following this we here aim to fully characterize the antibody production and phenotypes of the tissue resident plasma cells in GPA.
